What we collect, what we don't, and why.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the website at rilostesplay.com (“Rilostes Play”, “we”, “us”). Rilostes Play is a free-to-play social casino. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@rilostesplay.com.
2. What we don’t collect
You don’t need an account to play, so we don’t ask for your name, email address, date of birth or payment details. Your coin balance and the cards you are dealt exist only in your browser while the page is open. We do not store them, and they are gone when you reload.
3. Technical information
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data when pages are served: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This information is used to keep the site secure and working, is not linked to your gameplay, and is kept only for as long as is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
4. Fonts
Our typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers. Google’s own privacy policy governs that data.
5. Cookies and local storage
Rilostes Play does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use browser storage to follow you between visits.
6. Email correspondence
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t add you to mailing lists, and you may ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
7. Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, and only where needed for that purpose, or where the law requires us to.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of information about you. Email support@rilostesplay.com and we will respond within the time allowed by the law that applies to you.
9. Children
Rilostes Play is for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please let us know so we can delete the correspondence.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
